Overview

The 48VDC Ecosystem is a modular platform where every module shares a common 48V DC bus voltage. The LVSolarBuck MPPT charger is the first module, and the rest of the ecosystem builds on top of it.

Planned Modules

  • Battery Charger: 48V battery management and charging
  • USB PD Board: USB Power Delivery output from the 48V bus
  • Compute Module: low-power computing for monitoring, control, and data logging
  • Radio Module: LoRa mesh networking for internet-independent communication
  • Additional modules as the platform expands

Current Status

The ecosystem is in the planning stage. The LVSolarBuck MPPT charger serves as the foundation. Once the 48V converter is validated, the remaining modules will follow.
